Join ECC

Effective August 11th, 2011, East Coast Connected (ECC) changed its by-laws around membership to become a self-funding organization run completely by 'volunteers'. Since 2007, ECC received funding from governments in Atlantic Canada and in turn provided membership of ECC for free. Over 3,000 people became an ECC member over that time period.

During the summer of 2011, the volunteer Board of ECC decided to not ask for funding anymore and to run the organization by volunteers focused on serving its membership. For that reason, we have set a nominal amount of $25 for ECC membership. Membership will run to December 31st, 2012.
