The Bay of Fundy recently was recently nominated as the only Atlantic Canadian contender in the Global New 7 Wonders of Nature contest. The Bay of Fundy is home to the world’s highest tides and compares in biodiversity to the Amazon Rainforest. It is also home to two UNESCO World Heritage sites, and fossils representing the oldest evidence of life on earth, not to mention 12 species of whales!!

East Coast Connected members are encouraged to visit votemyfundy.com and cast a vote for our beloved Bay of Fundy. Voting ends on July 7 and with your help, the Bay will represent Canada in the top 77 international sites and move to the next round of competition.
